Most likely Binkie’s broken leg happened as he tried to cross a road in traffic. The two-year-old terrier arrived at the Carson Animal Care Center on Saturday August 4 and is in the medical section of the shelter. What options will he have if he is not rescued? A volunteer wrote the following before posting the young dog’s brief heartbreaking video:
“IN MEDICAL URGENT!!! SHELTER IS FULL!
This sweet angel came in with a broken leg and other injuries and beautiful energy and he needs help FAST…”
