Taylor Swift is well known to have an especially soft spot in her heart for cats, and a recent donation to the Williamson County Animal Center doesn’t go unnoticed. The shelter honored Taylor’s gift by naming four of their puppies after her global tracks – “Carolina,” “Bejeweled,” “Midnight Rain” and “Willow.”

While all Swifties know Taylor loves cats, we hope she won’t mind that we named our newest adoptable puppies after her songs.

The adorable black and white, female mixed breed puppies are three months old. “Midnight Rain” and “Willow” have already been adopted.

The shelter stresses that bringing a pet into your home requires a life long pet commitment, and before anyone decides to adopt, it is very important to consider how lives change when one adopts a pet.

If interested in adopting a puppy, please visit the website www.adoptwcac.org, to complete an application and then visit the shelter in person.

We are very grateful for Taylor’s support of our shelter, which serves the pets of Williamson County through adoption, spay & neuter, enforcement, microchips, rabies clinics, and paw pantry.
