Three neglected poodles betrayed: Heartbroken siblings mourn loss of home

Three terribly neglected poodles were surrendered to the Carson Animal Care shelter on Friday. They are so overwhelmed and are in need of help. According to the shelter volunteers, the dogs will all be groomed and their photos and another video will be recorded to help save them. Until then, their video as they were surrendered:

If you know the owners, make them pay for the grooming. Once these dogs are taken care of, they will get adopted I am sure. How does anyone let their dogs get like this? Yes, grooming of 3 dogs may be costly, but the owners obviously don’t care how they feel with all that matted hair which makes it difficult for them to move around too. Cruelty comes in all forms.

Why isn’t the owners being held responsible this is neglect and abuse they should not get away with this I don’t understand why they were not arrested

These so called ‘owners’ should be held responsible for animal neglect – they allowed these dogs to get into this horrific condition – why doesn’t Carson make these people responsible for the grooming? To just dump them off and walk away should never be allowed – Carson needs to take a step up and hold these people responsible for their lack of care for these three dogs.
