Heartbreaking: Abandoned senior shepherd let down by her owner in need of rescue

Spread the love

At the Carson Animal Shelter in California, a 12-year-old female shepherd’s short video is absolutely heartbreaking. She entered the shelter on October 21, and although she is in the medical section of the shelter, she needs the help of an approved rescue organization.

Here is her video:

According to shelter volunteers and advocates, the shelter is not to blame for her condition. The video was done shortly after she arrived. There’s little doubt this poor girl has been suffering from long term neglect from someone who once promised to love and care for her.
