This SMOOSHY faced CHUNKY MONKEY is #A558284 YAKITORI who weighs in at only 32.10 pounds. He arrived at the San Bernardino City Animal Shelter on August 13, 2023. Perhaps the only reason this bundle of cuteness has not been adopted is because not enough people know about him, however the shelter has signed Yakitori’s death sentence of November 28 – along with the following inane reason:
…Just so he doesn’t get kennel stressed for being available there since 8/13/23. “to prevent a decline in behavior.”

Yakitori is a playful guy and the staff and volunteers described him as a bundle of fun. He is very friendly and has been at multiple public adoption events which included children and other dogs as visitors. In playgroups, Yakitori has successfully played been kenneled as well as played with multiple other dogs.
