Friendly shelter pup tries to push herself out of kennel cage to greet new friends

Spread the love

In San Bernardino, California, one-year-old Eliza wants to draw attention to herself in a most unusual way. Visitors have spotted the friendly pup trying to push her head through the broken bars of her kennel cage; reaching out her paws and her nose as far as she can in order to meet and greet new people – just in case someone is missing her adorableness.

Still listed and very urgent. Code Red. Past due.

The shelter shows us Eliza has been available for adoption since April 15, 2023, and when the shelter is full, Eliza will likely be humanely euthanized for space; no matter how sweet she is. This young dog has been described with “very puppyish playful spirit.”
