A new resident just arrived at the Miami-Dade Animal Services on Tuesday, and she is too scared to even come out from the back of her cage. Her background story is unknown, but she keeps shaking, and to say her condition is heartbreaking, likely isn’t even sad enough.

Poor Trinidy #A2381746 is too scared to come out of her cage. She keeps shaking .

I am a female white and tan American Bulldog.

The shelter staff think I am about 1 year and 6 months old and I weigh 64 pounds.

I was found as a stray and I may be available for adoption on 08/19/2022.

Stand Up For Pits Foundation has come forward and offered the following:

This precious broken life needs our help today. She has been used and thrown away like garbage and now sits in a shelter terrified. We do not normally do this for good reason but we are going to trustingly offer a $1000.00 Angel Grant to a reputable rescue to pull her. There is no behavioral information provided so she is going to need time and patience and clearly medical care. Everyone else please give her a share even if you are not in the area

  1. Breaks my heart! I had a male Am bulldog/boxer from the shelter that had confinement aggression and I worked with him from about a year old to 8 years old until he passed…hope she finds someone that will help her..
