A one-year-old black German shepherd was abandoned in a parking lot in Miami; left out in the 93+ degree temperatures where she suffered heat stroke. Dubbed “Wednesday” this girl is described as a very sweet dog and needs an adopter or a foster home to be able to leave the Miami-Dade Animal Shelter.
