In the southern part of Texas, someone turned their back on Kissy Face. Ten years old with rotting teeth and weighing barely seven pounds, she was barely discernible as a dog. Her matted fur pulling at her raw skin and her nails so overgrown and puncturing the pads of her feet, caused Kissy so much pain, but there was no one to listen to her plaintive cries, because no one cared.
It’s hard to believe Kissy was an owner surrender who told the shelter they had personal reasons they could no longer keep her; and oh by the way, they did mention the dog had not been groomed recently.
Well that is an understatement please try to refrain from negative comments. It is evident that this girl has not been groomed in quite some time her nails are curled up to the nail bed. These pictures speak for herself; they could not even find her paw pads.

How do people do just watch this happen to their dog then dump it at a shelter in this condition. I bet they have other dogs who could use rescuing.
