An Amazon delivery turned upside down last week after a family’s Ring camera captured an Amazon delivery driver taking the family cat right off their doorstep.
On May 14, in Bakersfield, California, a package was being delivered to a family’s home; the driver seemed to have left the package, but stole the cat named Junie. Brenda Wilson, Junie’s owner, was in complete disbelief when she reviewed the video.
The video shows a man dressed in an Amazon uniform walking up the sidewalk of Wilson’s home to her front door, delivering a box and then petting the cat before picking her up and walking off with her in his arms.

Wilson hopes the person who stole her cat just drops Junie back off to her home. The cat knows exactly how to get back in through the garage.
According to Amazon, the driver is not a direct employee, and so far Amazon says they have been investigating the incident and are working with law enforcement.

Wilson said she filed a police report.
The Kern County Sheriff’s Office confirmed the incident is an ongoing investigation, saying it appears to be a “theft of a cat.” Junie is still missing.
