“Heartworm is severe. Has to be treated with shots – the shots may kill him. Also has two fractures. One in front. One in back. Rescue only. The blood (near his nose in photo) was from an abrasion on his leg. Also has abrasion on his eye. Was told he is absolutely beautiful and extremely sweet. Terrified for his life. In pain.”
