Lonely senior at Miami shelter constantly looking and searching for her family

Tasha (#A2558308) is a gentle, geriatric dog currently at Miami Dade Animal Service. Tasha arrived as a stray and may be looking for her family, but Miami Dade Animal Shelter hopes to find her a loving forever home.

Tasha has some medical conditions, including arthritis, impaired vision, and possible masses. She is a slow and calm pet who may need some end-of-life care. Shelter environments can be stressful for senior pets, so Tasha would likely thrive in a calm, home setting.

She has arthritis and can see but is impaired visually.
When taken out she is constantly looking and searching for her family–the entire time.
She is very sweet and goes by herself into her kennel.
