The staff at the City of San Bernardino Animal Services has called out to rescue partners for help with a severely neglected female miniature poodle. She weighs 3.78 pounds and loves to be handled and cuddled. Surely someone once loved her. She entered the shelter on May 17, 2023; she was found as a stray.

The shelter is unsure of the dog’s age, but estimates her to be eight years of age, or it is very possible she is older. She has no teeth, appears to be blind in her left eye and is covered in fleas.
