UPDATE: Still listed – mom and babies. Please help.
At the San Antonio Animal Care Services, this mother and her puppies were surrendered on October 15. The mother dog has been described as injured and emaciated, and sadly, there has been no investigation into possible animal cruelty charges.

If you still believe you may be her owner please make arrangements to pick her up as soon as possible by 4:30 PM on 10/15/2023. Update! Rosie will be on the URGENT LIST tomorrow!! We need to find a foster and rescue immediately! They will not hesitate to kill her and her puppies if placement is not found!
This poor baby A691192 was surrendered to ACS in this condition on October 15th. They have named her Rosie. She is about 2 years old, should weigh a LOT more than she does and is unfortunately heartworm positive. To top it off, she is the mama to SEVEN newborns!!
