Bonded puppies hold paws at shelter

At the Humane Society of Northwest Indiana, perhaps the most adorable litter of Schnauzer/Chihuahua mixes we have ever seen, are ready for their new homes. With such names as Zapps, Fritos, Ruffles, Doritos, Pringles and Funnyuns, the 13-week-olds are pushing their best paws forward anticipating the excitement of their very own humans.

One special pair of puppies, however are extremely bonded, and they show their love for each other by holding paws. It’s not known how often the little ones intertwine paws, however touching each other seems to bring comfort, and that’s all we need to know. Whenever Fritos and Ruffles are playing or just hanging around being puppies, the two are never far from each other.

Another rescue had reached out for help with the ten puppies, and what could be more fun than a pile of healthy, adorable and playful little guys? Now to find them all loving homes, and of course we are reaching out on social media for help.
