At the Wichita Animal Shelter in Kansas, a four-month-old puppy found as a stray, is on the euthanasia list after he failed his evaluation. As the assessor tried to take the toy away from him, he growled and bit- drawing blood which resulted in him being listed to die.

According to Beauties and Beasts, Inc., a non-profit rescue organization hoping to bring awareness, the puppy has served his ten-day bite hold at the shelter and needs a rescue or an approved foster that can help work with possible possessive issues.

“He’s maybe 4 months old and most likely hasn’t had a very good beginning to life and we are hoping that someone will help make sure he finds the best rest of his life ever, before it’s to late,” the organization posted on social media.

  1. MOST FOGS WOULD ACT AGGRESSIVELY WHEN TAKING AWAY A
TOY–ESPECIALLY IF THE DOG DOES NOT KMOW THE PERSON’

PLEASE GIVE THIS SWEETHEART A CHANCE WITH A LOVING CARING
FAMILY THAT WILL GIVE HIM TOYS INSTEAD OF TAKE THEM AWAY!

    • Most dogs will not bite and draw blood….bad dogs going into non expert homes are a HUGE liability. I am TIRED of seeing GOOD dogs be passed over for the “poor misunderstood pitbull puppy” who will be a handful in the future and a nightmare to manage correctly for most ppl. Yes, there are homes out there who could manage this dog but seriously…I fell into the poor Pitt mentality and NEVER AGAIN. Having a dog should be enjoyable. Why save a dog that draws blood at 4 mo when there are SO MANY better behaved dogs that DESERVE extreme rescue measures to be taken for THEM…not the lawsuit or injured neighbor kid incident just WAITING to happen. *Facepalm*

  2. DID THEY KILL THIS BABY?! IF THEY DID, THIS SHELTER’S ACTION WILL BE POSTED WORLDWIDE! WE WILL ALSO FOLLOW TO MAKE SURE PEOPLE WILL NEVER FORGET!
