His deadline to be euthanized is scheduled for this afternoon. What will it take for people to become responsible pet owners? Today, we are all again faced with looking at this dog’s sad eyes, and perhaps the realization that he will never see tomorrow?
At the Nueces County, TX: Dogs in Need of Rescue Facebook page, dogs from multiple shelters through two counties are featured.
He’s no longer begging for treats or cuddles. His eyes say it all. He’s watched too many walk into forever homes and too many walk in EU room. And here he still sits.

Sadly, this nameless dog has not been seen by many would be adopters. He’s had the bad luck to have been placed on the euthanasia list – only because no one has shown any interest in him, and the shelters are full.

Is there ANYONE here who’s even reading this and can UPDATE this post? I’ve seen it in my FB news feed for days saying, “His deadline to be euthanized is scheduled for this afternoon.” IS this ‘NAMELESS’ dog STILL ALIVE? I’ve tried to follow the threads posting on local rescue pages yet haven’t seen ANY UPDATE on his status. MANY have pledged for him, a few have offered to take him yet still – NO ANSWERS but plenty of accusations and insults left in comments. HELP!!! IS THERE ANYONE TO HELP find out but more urgently to HELP HIM GET OUT? PLEASE!
