At the Carson Animal Care Center in California, a three-year-old dachshund entered the shelter on March 28, 2023, as a 14-pound, female stray with a severe untreated skin condition that has left her very uncomfortable. Fortunately the shelter is treating her, but she needs help now and needs to be rescued immediately.

  1. Open just 3 hours a day and one day of 4 hours? Our shelter to has just 4 hours a day. How do they expect to adopt these pets with such hours? What gets me is people are there cleaning cages and feeding but yet they stay closed. Evenings and weekends are when most people don’t work so why not be open more during those hours?

    • But tragically they are open long enough to be a high and fast kill shelter.
We must find a way to help them RADICALLY CHANGE THIS.

  2. MAY WE PLEASD DONATE TO HELP THIS SWEET LITTLE GIRL? SHE DESPERATELY NEEDS OUR HELP!

PLEASE REMEMBER THIS IS A HIGH AND FAST KILL SHELTER!
