At the City of San Bernardino Animal Services, an 11-month-old Doberman Pinscher puppy is in urgent need of an approved rescue organization. He is currently being held in isolation and is being treated for his skin condition.

It is truly disconcerting to know this puppy’s owner left him to suffer like this.

  1. How is Dobby with small dogs and cats? I am looking for a service dog to help me. How is his general disposition? I would train him to alert for warning signs and then I can get help or sit down.
I am very interested in Dobby and I live in Washington state.
