In a viral TikTok clip, a dog named Blue has melted our hearts and reinforced that age old theory that humans just don’t deserve dogs. Blue is a rescue dog, who according to @blueloyalaf, had been found as a puppy caked in mud, turned into a shelter, adopted for one day and returned, but now lives a charmed life with Gus.
One day recently, Blue had been having an afternoon stroll in the park with Gus when suddenly the dog disappeared. Minutes later, she found Blue, and there he was sitting contentedly by an older gentleman. Blue had made a new friend, and instinctively the dog sensed the man had been alone and just needed some much adored puppy love.

“I couldn’t find my dog in the park. This is where I found him”, says the voice in the video, which is completed with the caption: “Blue always finds people who need a little extra love”.
Blue’s video garnered more than 1.1 million views. The comments from viewers cemented our feelings about our canine friends for sure.
