Meet Kansas; this seven-year-old bloodhound is very depressed after her family surrendered her to the Carson Animal Care Center in California. According to the information offered by the shelter, her family gave her up because they didn’t have enough time to spend with her.
Kansas is described as being playful with other dogs, housetrained although she lived outdoors and has good leash skills and obedience training.
