Family returned dog to shelter after they adopted him but still get more time ‘to change their mind’

At the City of San Bernardino Animal Services, the family who adopted Snoopy on October 17, returned him to the shelter on November 26 citing the following excuse:

We realized we can’t take care of him.

And so the strangest reply came from the shelter with their response stating they were giving the new family until December 2 in case they “change their mind.”
