An elderly dog, 13 years of age, is urgently in need of a home after being dumped outside of a Brooklyn, NY, animal shelter. The dog, dubbed Pepperidge, loves snuggling, snacking, and strolling, but she won’t have that opportunity if she is not saved soon.
On Sunday, the Dogs Lives Matter Facebook page wrote:
Sweet Senior PEPPERIDGE needs a new retirement plan and follow up for possible Cushing’s Disease.
Abandoned in front of BACC, her owner didn’t bother to housetrain her properly nor groom her nails
This 13 yr old senior lady deserves much much better and needs TLC and a home where to spend her golden days.

What a precious treasure!!! I would take her in a heartbeat if I were local……. I have no idea how to get her to Tacoma, WA???
I hope someone local can open up their heart and home for this precious treasure. She deserves to be treated as a beloved family member for the rest of her life!!!
