Dog waiting at shelter for nearly a year doesn’t understand why nobody wants him

A dog named Rocky has been waiting for a home of his own for nearly a year. Rocky is at the Humane Society of Hamilton County in Indiana and staff there are diligently working to find him his forever family.

On March 20, the shelter turned to social media, writing:

Rocky has been waiting for his forever home for almost a year and doesn’t understand why he’s still here.💔 Can you share this video to help Rocky find his loving family?

According to the shelter, Rocky is an affectionate, well-trained dog who adores treats, car rides, stuffed animals and cuddling.

So why has Rocky been waiting for so long? He requires a special home. Rocky’s new digs must have no other pets, or children under the age of 16.
