Dog tries to run after owner’s car after being abandoned by the one he trusted

A dog tried to chase his owner’s car after having been abandoned by the person he trusted on Monday evening. The Chesterfield Police in Chesterfield County, Virginia are asking for the public’s help identifying the person who heartlessly pushed his dog out of the vehicle and sped away.
