At the City of San Bernardino Animal Services, a handsome, regal looking German shepherd arrived at the shelter on December 23, 2023 as a stray. He’s about three-years-old and volunteers and staff have described Gabe as very calm.

Gabe has been waiting for a special someone to adopt him, but the shelter remains overcrowded, and he is currently listed as “code red” which means he could be euthanized at anytime because of the lack of space. Please share this boy’s plight with approved rescue organizations, friends, family and social media contacts. The shelters are full, and even the most well-behaved and beautiful dogs are at risk of losing their lives.
