Stray believed to have been walking around for six years without a home

What is believed to be a miniature poodle, this tangled and filthy mess of matted fur arrived at the Carson Animal Shelter on February 22.

We don’t have much information on this dog, however the veterinarian staff estimates the male dog’s age to be six. Perhaps he was abandoned when he was a puppy and somehow managed to survive the streets? The staff at the shelter did an amazing job of grooming him; he needed to be sedated because he was in such bad shape.
