Puppies abandoned in cardboard box in Texas town need help before it’s too late

In Cleveland, Texas, can anyone even imagine some heartless owner stuffing two puppies in a cardboard box and abandoning them at a row of post office boxes? The box that they had obviously been transported in had been marked “free puppy.”

One moment later, their owner was gone, and the two defenseless three to four-month-old puppies were left to fend for themselves in the oppressive Texas heat; no food or water to help them survive.

The puppies were so hungry they had been eating paper and rocks just to survive. Their stomachs have been fighting back, and the puppies need emergency rescue before it’s too late.

These beautiful babies need help. They need a foster, rescue and pledges. It’s much easier to get a rescue if there’s a foster. Together we can give them a chance.

Follow the plight of these two puppies here. The person who found the puppies can only keep them until Friday, but these little ones need immediate veterinary care. The Good Samaritan is currently giving them food, water and shelter.
