An emaciated dog, photographed on a flatbed cart at the Miami-Dade Animal Services facility, is in need of help. The dog is being called Mandy, but it appears that she came to the facility as a stray.

On Tuesday afternoon, the Urgent Dogs and Cats of Miami Facebook page posted a photo of Mandy, writing:

URGENT JUST ARRIVED – EMACIATED. On a flat bed cart . She may be too scared to walk

Though Mandy is still on her stray hold, she may be available for the Foster to Adopt Program. You can learn more about this program here.

Please help Mandy by sharing her adoption information. Important! All inquiries about this dog must be made directly to the shelter. The Pet Rescue Report is NOT the point of contact.

Find Mandy’s adoption profile here.
