Emaciated and muzzled, dog left in puddle to die in the Bronx

In Bronx, New York, a black pooch nearly lost her life on Monday when someone muzzled her and threw her out into a puddle on the street to die.

“What monster did this and left her to die?,” asked animal advocate Maria Courtright. “I thought I had heard and done seen it all. Man, was I wrong.”

Found by a Good Samaritan, the dog was immediately rushed to the ASPCA. The following information has been posted about her. Anyone who recognizes this dog is asked to contact authorities.
