In Norfolk, Virginia, Norfolk SPCA Adoption Center, rescuers are asking for the public’s help. On Thursday, March 5, 2026, 14 orphaned puppies were rescued and now need foster families for the next three to four weeks.

People interested in fostering and able to meet the requirements are asked to join this group.

Please do not apply if you or any member of your household has ever been convicted of any crime related to animals.

You must be able to commit to fostering for 3 to 4 weeks.

The puppies must be kept away from any other pets in the household.

Everything needed to care for the puppies will be provided. Pick up is tomorrow – Saturday.

The organization will supply everything you need, you supply the love!
