A black and brown female French bulldog arrived at the Riverside County Animal Shelter on July 2, 2025. Her family has never called or notified the shelter. Molly has been available for adoption since July 8th.
Molly is only two years old, and it would appear she has learned the hardest lesson of her short life; sometimes no one cares enough for you to save you at your time of need. Her posture, hunched over in the shelter, indicates her loneliness and despair. Has she just surrendered to her worst fear?
Molly barely lifts her head anymore, but we can lift her spirit. We can be the reason she believes in humans again. She’s waiting to meet her new “person” who will love her and never abandon her again.

If someone is willing to see her, truly see her, she might remember how it feels to hope.
