Tennis player Anna Kalinskaya’s dog dashed out onto the court to celebrate victory with mom

One very cute and loyal dog celebrated her mom’s tennis victory on Saturday when the exuberant pooch ran over to Russian tennis star Anna Kalinskaya on the tennis court after the match with her rival, Clara Tauson. Kalinskaya won the match in a women’s singles quarter-final of the Mubadala Citi DC Open at Rock Creek Park Tennis Center.

Kalinskaya, 26, secured a 6-4 and 6-3 semifinal win.

Anna’s dog, Bella, wasted no time running onto the court; it was the second time the dog had run out to meet her favorite human. Bella followed Anna around the court with her tail wagging until her mom turned around and noticed her. Anna leaned down, picked her pup up into her arms and hoisted her into the air. (Remind you of a movie?)

Earlier photos showed Bella watching her mom play tennis from the stands. We should also add that Bella had her own seat with a soft towel to sit on.

Bella was wearing her pink harness and dragged her leash, much to the entertainment of the audience.
