Guy who beat his puppy. Anyone know him?
Happened in the city of Charlotte NC. Anyone know him or where he works? Probably beats his spouse also.
The man was shown stopping his vehicle and using a sandal to beat a small dog that appeared to have been in the back seat of the car. The beatings seemed to be repetitive and severe. He then pulled the dog out of the car and kicked him multiple times.
People in the neighborhood witnessed the cruelty. One person had heard the man yelling and looked down from her apartment to see the man beating the dog. She yelled at the man to stop, and he cursed at the woman.
Howard faces animal cruelty charges. He has also been charged with a probation violation. There have not been any updates on the dog’s condition.
