Innocent victim of extreme neglect young dog needs someone to help him

In San Antonio, Texas, a five-year-old hound dog entered the San Antonio Animal Care Services this week as a stray. No doubt, the pup dubbed Joe has been an innocent victim of extreme neglect and has never known a kind hand.

Where have you been Joe and who let you get this way? If you see something, say something. Be the voice for those who cannot speak.

According to shelter notes, Joe is receiving “emergency medical care.”
