More than a month ago, Oliver was surrendered to the Baldwin Park Animal Care Center. The one-year-old very sensitive Doberman Pinscher/Weimaraner pup sports an unusual fawn colored coat [cinnamon]; a variation from the traditional black, tan or red Doberman.

Oliver is quiet and calm, and once he feels a bit more secure with people, and volunteers are convinced once he settles into a loving home, his true personality will emerge. At the shelter, he is overwhelmed and seeks comfort from people but remains cautious of the other dogs.

Check out Oliver’s video:

Oliver has participated in the Gentle/Dainty group, and it is recommended he be placed in a quiet home where he can build his confidence. One lucky family or person who gives him a chance will be rewarded with a lifetime of devotion and love.
