The authorities have made an arrest in conjunction with an animal cruelty case involving a small dog who was beaten by a woman in Atlanta, Georgia, in mid-December. The disturbing incident was captured on Ring video at the Landing Square Apartments, located at 3378 Greenbriar Pkwy SW, on December 16.
As reported by CBS 46 News, the authorities announced the woman’s arrest on Tuesday.
Dwanisha Rayneice Hitchens was arrested by the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office and she was booked into the Fulton County Jail on a charge of cruelty to animals.
