In Pomona, California, a family is mourning the death of their beloved Labrador retriever after a neighbor repeatedly shot the dog on Sunday after the dog chased a squirrel and jumped over the fence into the neighbor’s yard.
I go to the neighbor’s fence and call my Labrador to come over. I go from one side of the fence to the other side of the fence all of a sudden I hear three gunshots,

According to Next Door, the family had just moved into the home two weeks prior, and stated he had purchased the property solely for this eight-year-old dog to run around freely in the backyard. The owner of the dog, Marlon Caballero said his dog chased the squirrel into the next door man’s yard, and just seconds later, the man came out of the house and shot the dog three times.
Caballero begged the man to allow him in the yard to get his dog so he could rush him to the veterinarian and save his life, but the neighbor refused. And despite the begging and pleading to rescue his dog, the man shot the dog six more times from his revolver as Caballero ran inside to call 911.
The neighbor’s name has not been released, but he has been charged with animal cruelty and discharging a firearm in a public area.
Caballero has filed a restraining order against his neighbor.
How could anyone be so cruel?

If that pos dog murderer was my new neighbor, it would truly regret me being its neighbor…….., I would press charges against it and sue it for inflicting emotional distress and loss of consortium, plus financial damages for the costs of everything that I had spent on vet bills and training my companion. In addition, there would be huge property damages consequences. I would sell my new home and move (suing the pos for any and all losses that would result from my “forced sale”)……
I would want the “book thrown” at the pos and hope it suffers……. It would be fantastic if it had a hot date with a speeding semi tractor trailer…….
I know that this pos will burn forever in the hottest part of Hell for its cruelty.
