San Antonio, TX – A beautiful German shepherd named Millie is at risk at a busy animal control facility in San Antonio. The striking four-year-old dog is past her safe “stray hold” period of time and now she is at risk of being put down if space constraints are an issue at the San Antonio Animal Care Services facility.
On Thursday, the SAPA Urgents & Adoptables Facebook page shared Millie’s adoption information, outlining the danger she is in:
THIS DOG IS IN ACS KENNELS & AT RISK OF BEING KILLED. SHELTER EVALUATES SPACE AT: 9:30am Mon-Sat, and again at 5pm Mon-Fri & 3pm Sat. Or at any time as space is needed.
Millie was picked up as a stray, and judging by her condition, it is highly unlikely that she did not have an owner. For reasons unknown, nobody has come forward to claim her as their own. Please help Millie find a rescue group or adopter by sharing her information.
Millie’s adoption profile can be found at this link.
