A 14-year-old dog, in poor health and suffering from a variety of age-related maladies, is at risk of being euthanized at a California shelter. On Sunday evening, the Saving Riverside County Dogs Facebook page wrote:

STATUS RED!! STATUS RED!!! STATUS RED!!!!

Those marked status red are in imminent need for rescue and in danger of being euthanized if not picked up by a rescue or adopted.

Shelter dogs indicate that the senior dog is missing teeth, has arthritis, possible vision loss and a possible heart murmur – he could use the help of strangers to network his information and help find a reputable rescue or adopter. Find his Petharbor link here.
