Cruel Delhi man ties dog to motorbike and drags it along road

A cruel man in Delhi tied a dog to his motorbike and dragged it along the road earlier this week. Fortunately, a Good Samaritan noticed the disturbing incident and acted by raising the alarm in the neighborhood.

According to the India Times, the animal abuser, who had been dragging the dog and faced with angry dog lovers, quickly cut the rope that had been dragging the dog and fled. The Good Samaritan, Abhishek Joshi, shared the photos of the dogs on Twitter.

The dog survived the abuse and is currently being cared for at the Sanjay Gandhi Animal Care Center, Raja Garden.

“He (the dog”) is being treated for his injuries,” Joshi wrote. Would someone please take him home to adopt or foster and nurture him back to mental and physical health?”

The dog is believed to be between two and six years of age and looks like a Lhasa Apso or possibley a Pomeranian.
