Police are asking for the public’s help identifying a woman who climbed over a barrier surrounding the tiger enclosure at Cohanzick Zoo in New Jersey.
According to the report from the Bridgeton Police Department, the woman climbed over a barrier surrounding the tiger enclosure and put her hand through the metal fence and started to entice the tiger; nearly getting bitten. Police want to speak to the woman and released the video on Tuesday. It is not clear when the incident actually occurred.
a female at the Cohanzick Zoo went over the wooden fence at the tiger enclosure and began enticing the tiger almost getting bit by putting her hand through the wire enclosure. We are asking if anyone recognizes the female in the video/photos.
The tiger could be seen moving its jaws as the woman approached and putting her arms through the wire enclosure. Obviously, she was scared and quickly pulled her arms away. She stopped and posed as if someone else had been taking photos of her with the tiger, and then climbed back over the wooden enclosure.

That’s quite a lot to risk one’s life for a few selfies isn’t it whoever you are? What was she thinking?

Police want to remind the public that it is against the law to climb over any fence at zoos. Anyone who recognizes this person is asked to call Patrolman Cusana at 856.451.0033 ext 0.
