Early Saturday morning, Good Samaritans called out for help when they found a young dog lying near the Lytle Creek shooting area. Her belly was terribly swollen, and rescuers didn’t know if she was about to deliver a litter of puppies or was there another reason?
Rescuers Faith Easdale and her team rushed out to help and transported the dog to an emergency veterinary hospital. Few could even believe someone could have been so heartless as to abandon a dog in such critical need of help.
Sadly, the young dog’s prognosis is not promising. The one-year-old dog remains in critical condition. She was not pregnant; instead 14 liters of fluid has been drained from her body, and she has been diagnosed to be in liver failure.
We’re giving her everything she needs to have some quality of life and live. The hospital says she’s so sweet. She will be there this entire weekend so your prayers are needed. She didn’t deserve this.

I am heartbroken for this precious treasure. I hope she can be restored to full good health and rehomed into a loving furever family. She deserves to be treated as a beloved family member for her entire life.
