Shelter says ‘no one asks about Harper’

A young, well-rounded dog named Harper has all of the attributes that would make him an ideal companion. He is good with other dogs, has been fostered with cats and kids, and he is quite obviously, handsome.

But for some reason, nobody wants to meet him. Nobody even bothers asking about him. How can that be? He is just over a year of age…past the rambunctious puppy stage, but still young and full of life. It is hard to imagine that NOBODY wants to meet this sweet boy.

The Pennsylvania SPCA posed the question to Facebook followers on Tuesday afternoon, writing:

No one asks about Harper 

This beautiful boy is good with other pups, has lived in a foster home with cats, and can go home with kids. But, yet, here he sits.

Why?

Harper should be doing meet and greets, and he should be getting adopted. You can give him a helping hand by sharing his adoption information.
