Over a year ago, Koda’s family of 3 years left her at shelter and she is still there

Long Island, NY – Over a year ago, Koda’s family of three years decided to leave her at the Babylon Animal Shelter in Long Island, New York. Today, the friendly dog remains that the shelter, wondering why she is still living in a cage.

On Koda’s Facebook page, more information about her personality has been provided:

I LOVE people and crave attention … I need a home that understands me and my needs and one that will give me lots of time and patience. I love to run and play and am very smart, so I need lots of exercise. But once I get my energy out, I calm right down and love to hang out and get belly rubs. I have met a few older kids .. and done great. I would do best as the only queen

Koda didn’t ask to lose her home and family. She didn’t ask to be confined to a lonely kennel run at a shelter facility. Please help change her reality by sharing her information.
