A malnourished dog, confiscated from a bad situation, is urgently in need of help. On Wednesday, the Facebook page, Critical Memphis Animals, shared the plight of the badly neglected dog who needs to be rescued:

⚠️⚠️I think this girl’s picture pretty much speaks for itself. She is horribly emaciated and needs IMMEDIATE medical transfer for a full diagnostic workup and nursing care.
The six-year-old dog weighs just 29 pounds…a glance at her skeletal body is all that is needed to know that her life has been painful, lonely and hard. Her review date (end of safe period of holding) is January 11.
