Urgent rescue needed for beautiful Rottweiler at high intake shelter

An urgent rescue is needed for Scooby. The beautiful Rottweiler arrived at the Miami-Dade Animal Pet Adoption and Protection Center just days ago. At that time, he appeared happy and bright although his eyes were infected.

His latest video taken on Saturday has everyone worried. This 78-pound, two-year-old sweet boy more than likely has not received much care in his short life.

“He is a sweet 2 year old boy that probably never had good care. He is skinny, has dry skin and will need some medical attention with his eyes. He has an eye infection now but needs to rule out entropion,” a volunteer from the Urgent Dogs and Cats of Miami, described on Scooby’s Facebook page.

Share Scooby’s plight with friends, family and social media contacts. Sharing saves lives. Please go to the shelter to meet him as well as the other dogs who are patiently waiting to find their families. Make sure to reference #A2032505.
