Abandoned and emaciated, dog left freezing on porch

In a heartless act of abandonment and neglect, emerges a fragile and emaciated little dog left freezing on a porch outside of a home in the Dallas area. Concerned neighbors frequently went to the home and knocked on the door; no one ever answered nor did anyone help the shivering dog – even as temperatures dropped.

Sometimes only a few words are needed when a video shows this little dog’s story.

Emaciated, infested with fleas and mange, this tiny little girl was left freezing on a porch. I guess they thought since she was on a comfy chair, that was good enough. We got to her in time … thank goodness. Welcome to SNARR little Edna!!!
