Moving day with two Siberian huskies and a golden retriever can be stressful, and what happens when one of the huskies is a bit needier than the rest of his family? Meet Titan; this boy wanted nothing to do with moving, and it’s not like he was being left behind – the family had just een moving to another home.
Titan’s tearful tale is told in a brief video clip on their TikTok page, @imbluethesiberiann or on Instagram with Titan, Blue and Maverick. (and of course their humans)

Check out the video of Titan hiding out in the bathroom facing the corner. Oh my goodness. Graciously, his mom was there to provide him with the reassurance he needed. Oh, those scratches, those pets and those soft words helped a lot too.
While all the hustle and bustle of moving day in mid-September, Titan seemed truly devastated. As his mom came into the bathroom to gather him up for the move, there he was – nose front in the corner looking completely defeated. When she first stepped in, he didn’t even seem to acknowledge her, but the soothing words, the scratches and the feeling of security soon won him over.
It’s then when we find out that Titan and his family are moving to a new home, and of course, Titan is part of the family, and there was never a doubt he wasn’t included in the move. Titan had probably been scrolling through some of the sad stories on social media where families are split apart, and the dogs are abandoned or surrendered to local shelters.
No, Titan – mom loves you and according to some of the comments, Titan just needed some reassuring words.
And now the family is settled, but the word on the street or rather in the comment section, is the new home doesn’t have a front door he can open which may have caused a bit of a stir.
Check out the video; it seems he’s doing much better:
No doubt Siberian Huskies can be great pets, but they need a few hours of exercise every day. They love to run, hike and play fetch. These dogs need mental stimulation and do not do well dealing with a sedentary lifestyle. Perhaps one of the most interesting traits of these dogs are how vocal they are; they love to talk, howl and sing.

Huskies are known to affectionate, friendly and gentle. They form strong bonds with their families.

May we suggest at Pet Rescue Report, if you have an interest in adopting a husky, please make sure you are fully informed about the breed. If you are sure – and PLEASE be sure – there are so many huskies ready to be adopted from local shelters and rescue organizations. They are begging to become part of a loving family.
