At the Pittsburgh International Airport, a dog was found alone in a stroller by authorities according to a tweet by the Allegheny County Police Department.

At the terminal, the passenger was told she would need a crate for her dog in order to fly with it, even though the woman claimed the dog was her emotional support animal. Just hours later the woman abandoned the French bulldog “near short term parking and proceeded to board a flight.”

According to Sgt. Jason Donaldson, the woman had been going to a resort in Mexico and pretended the dog was her emotional support pet, however airline staff were not convinced.
